I would slice it in half, drenched in it’s juices I would saute it over medium heat with a little seasoned olive oil. I’d stir in some thyme, broth made from your liver and your very own wine…after it simmered for twenty minutes I would then serve it on your best china and then yes, I would eat your heart.
